| Below
is a short article that explains the journey of 3 students who
toured the world to enhance their skills in the the art of Shaolin
Chuan Fa Kung Fu. |
|
| On
the 4th April 2006 Si Fu Mike Mitchell and Si Fu Laurence
Newton headed off on a journey to bring back the advanced Shaolin
Chuan Fa Kung Fu syllabus from Ancient China and Australia. |
| The
journey started in London on the 4th April 2006. |
| On
the 5th April the team landed at Hong Kong International
Airport and then headed over to Lantau Island in search of the Po
Lin Monastery and other monasteries that represented the style. |
On
the 7th April the team set off to Melbourne, Australia. |
| On
the 8th April they landed in Melbourne to meet 3rd
Degree Sifu Leon King and many other Masters in the chain of the system. |
| In
Australia the team gained advanced knowledge of the San Chien, more
knowledge of the Ching Lo healing system and also the advanced Dragon
forms and Tiger forms of the Shaolin System. Many aspects of weapon was
advanced on as well including the three sectional staff, the 6ft staff,
4ft staff, hand staff and spear. |

2007 Si Fu Mike Mitchell and Si Fu Laurence Newton where accompanied by Si
Fu Odette Mitchell to travel China to complete the final part of the quest
for knowledge on the Shaolin System. |
